Testimonies
1. Laling Pilar – Founder, Helping Hands United
I thank God for the seminar and the health screening programme carried out for our people in Zamboanga. It was good to know that people really cared and that it was demonstrated by action.

2. Ps. Aracelli Lambiquit – Pastor, Grace Christian Centre, Zamboanga
The module on “Church Planting School” has been especially meaningful and helpful to me personally. The module on the “Christian Family” has blessed me and taught me how to be a better wife and pastor.

3. Bro. Ronald Subiate – Youth Leader
The teaching on “Leadership” has been very helpful to leaders like me. What a Christian leader ought to be and how he ought to conduct himself was excellent. The topic on character spoke a great deal to me. It was not about how well you preached or taught. It was really about your character that will determine your destiny.

4. Nanay Lara - Homemaker
I really enjoyed the teachings every night from Monday to Friday. I had a different view on the Christian Family but the teachings have helped to clarify my misconception. The lesson on “Discipleship” also helped me understand my role as a disciple.

The Level II teaching went on very well and this time we used the LCD projector with Power Point presentation. The participants were observant and responded to ministry at the end of each session. We conducted a Medical Camp at the weekend where we screened 272 people and prescribed medicines as well. We experienced frequent power cuts but thankful for a generator that was loaned to us.

The group that participated in the seminar was mostly women and yet we believed that some of them would respond to the call of church planting. Most of them were actively involved in ministry among the children and youths. Pray for us that by the time we finished Level III we would hear testimonies of people wanting to go out. The greatest challenge to plant churches was their economic situation.

Finally, we would like to thank GCI Malaysia and Rev James Foo for sponsoring the food for the participants during the seminar.
